TMS - PRO allows for
multi - company (basic price includes 2 companies)
where job bookings and invoicing are separate for
each company.
Added features on
the 'Allocation Screen' allow the user to switch
between the following 4 channels - (e.g. Courier
channel, Taxi Truck channel etc…. ). Allows the radio
operator to split jobs between two drivers. User
Customised Allocation Screen.
Data Terminal / GPS

diagram] allows for greater control of your
fleet. Send and receive data via the radio network.
Detailed monitoring times of all jobs including

TMS - PRO has a
fully automated Win-Fax module in it's accounting
software. Using TMS-PRO's Export Data Facility,
accounting data can be exported to other accounting
softwares such as MYOB.

small and medium sized Inter/Intrastate freight
companies and agents, this package manages your
freight and accounting needs. From Con note entry,
the system will auto price (with manual override),
auto manifest (with manual override), produce GST
Invoices, provide enquiry and reporting by connote,
customer, receiver, depot, manifest and route . It
can export data to onforwarders if required and
import data from senders. Account collection is
made simple. It provides General Journals to be
transferred to your General Ledger package or to
your accountant. It can export directly to those
off the shelf accounting packages with an import
facility.

REPORT designed around the Tax Office BAS
to make GST control easy.
