to distributors who may not receive your paper catalogues.

room and don't do you any good when distributors don't
look at them.

XebraSource™ makes it easy for you to make changes
to your online catalogue. Items that you no longer have
available can be removed immediately. You can instantly
correct the mistake that you see as soon as the catalogue
is published.

Because distributors have up-to-date information and
pricing, your staff will spend less time quoting items,
e-mailing, and talking with distributors on the telephone.

The distributors that you deal with will save a tremendous
amount of time. This means they will have more time to
sell the products you supply.

The orders you receive will be more accurate. The flexible
pricing table makes it easy for you to incorporate additional
charges and discounts to individual customers.

XebraSource™ suppliers will have access to statistical
reports that show which of their products distributors
are looking at and which products are appearing in their
searches. Again, suppliers will only see information about
their own products. These reports can be compared with
your sales figures to indicate the success of your presentation.

Suppliers only have access to their own catalogue. The
supplier software does not allow a supplier to compare
prices. This solution does not prevent distributor/suppliers
from subscribing as a distributor and seeing your product
listings.

Suppliers may block any subscribing distributor from
seeing their catalogue listings. Subscribing suppliers
will be notified when new distributors subscribe so they
have time to block any distributor that they do not wish
to do business with.

Suppliers may also give discounts to preferred distributors.
We recommend that the prices that you list in your XebraSource™
catalogue be the highest distributor prices you charge.
You may then notify selected distributors and offer them
a percent discount from the pricing. They will enter this
discount in XebraSource when they select you as a preferred
supplier. The discount you offer is confidential between
you and the individual distributor. The distributor will
see your prices with the discount applied.

Each price table allows for an adjustment to distributor
discounts for the individual product. If you sell a product
that has a low margin and can't discount it, you may enter
-100% and no distributor will receive discounts on it.
If you are doing a clearance on a product you could enter
+100% and all the distributor discounts would be doubled.
Of course, you can go anywhere between. This field will
not alter the prices for distributors who do not have
a discount.
